The Business Greeting Card Service is our core offering. It provides the foundation for building your client relationships. With this service, you send out cards on a regular and scheduled basis and you don’t ask for anything in return. The result — you will get back 100 times more than you expected:

How does the Business Greeting Card Service work?
- Our services can be completely customized to meet your needs.
- We do not have any minimum order requirements.
- Cards are mailed on a regular and scheduled basis. You decide how often, and to whom, you would like to send cards: monthly, every other month, quarterly, randomly selected, your entire client list, these clients for these months, etc. We maintain a detailed database of your mailing list. You may add and/or delete clients at any time by sending us an email. These databases are not web-based so your information and your client’s information cannot be compromised.
- You decide how you would like us to sign your cards (John, John Smith, Dr. John Smith) and whether or not you want to use a replica of your actual signature.
- One month prior to a scheduled mailing, we will put a proof of the card on our website and email you a private link to it. We will also email the list of your clients scheduled to receive the card. After you have reviewed and approved both the card and recipient list, you will reply to our email to confirm your approval of both.
- Upon your confirmation we will charge your credit card for 50% of the card cost. The balance will be charged on the day that the cards are mailed. You will receive a detailed monthly statement.
- We send you a complimentary copy of all Business Greeting Cards the same day that the cards are mailed to your clients.
- You do not pay anything up front — no initial set-up fee, no maintenance fee, no annual membership fee, no subscription fee. You will only pay for the cards that you send, and nothing else.
- You do not have to sit in front of a computer looking for a card that is both appropriate and appealing among hundreds or even thousands of cards.
- The price for the Business Greeting Card Service is $5 per card plus postage. All database maintenance, design, production and mailing services are included in the price per card.
